Program to make changes to Wordpress Blogs in Bulk.

Currently Im setting up alot of Wordpress blogs, I go through alot of manual steps and I'd like a program to do this for me. At the moment I manually: Log into cpanel - use fantastico to install Wordpress. Log into Wordpress. 1) Set up Permalinks. 2) Add URL's to Ping List. 3) Delete Blogroll links. 4) Edit About me (same about me for all blogs). 5) Update Wordpress Theme (template) - The update's I make are the same time everytime except the filename of one image. The filename will be the URL of the image e.g. [login to view URL] 7) Make Posts from a bunch of Articles I've already pre-decided on using. 8) Log in via Ftp and edit the .htaccess with a few lines of code. - The code is the same for each website except the URL in the code is the URL of the website being made. It's canocalization code for SEO. I'd like to be able to load 100 URL's into the program, the wordpress theme html being uesd for all the websites, and the articles for each URL. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.K Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
