Adapter trois extensions joomla de eCommerce

We are currently building a LETS (Local Exchange trading system) which is basically an electronic hub where users will put specialized equipment up for rental at a less expansive price with more choices than a usual rental house. The idea behind it is to let people manage their own gears, their availability, the prices and the details of each item included. To do so, we need a multi-vendor marketplace combined to a rental component, both added to an e-commerce platform. This is why we started with Joomla as the root system, Virtuemart as the e-commerce platform and then we found two component, one for the marketplace ([login to view URL]) and one for rental ([login to view URL]). From our understanding, the rental component is not made to be multi-vendor, therefore we need to adapt it and make at alternate version ready for such integration. Also, we need a slight modification to the tools of the rental component to allow us to see availability on the page of the product itself, not having to go trough the booking process to know if its available or not. We are looking for somebody motivated to participate into a great project with a lot of future and development.
