Add 3 features to our SMS software

This is a very easy project. Add 3 Features to our SMS system.

#1. I need to create a "Do Not Contact List". If the system receive the word "Stop", the system will add and/or move that number from the phone-book to the "Do Not Contact List" and the user can not send any text message unless the admin (me) remove from the "Do Not Contact List".

#2. I need to create a feature our sms system send automatically a Happy Birthday text message to all the contact appear in the phonebook based on the Date Of Birthday as appear on the phonebook.

#3. If the user have less than 25 sms credits, our sms system will send automatically a text message reminder: "Your account have less than 25 text messages, please recharge. Thanks for using our services".
