You'll need to have the newest Adobe Captivate 9 program. I'd like some help with Javascript functions and interfacing slides with Google sheets through Google App scripts. To start, I just need a Javascript to highlight font on slides for specific lists of words.

Here's the project goal in more detail:

I have a Google sheet with word lists. The Google sheet interfaces, through Javascript and Google App script, with an Adobe Captivate slide.

The slide also includes a list of words chosen from the Google sheet (as variable values). One of the words on the slide also is chosen randomly on a button-click- and appears in a separate box. All of these functions work fine right now.

Here is the new code that I need. When the user clicks a button to select a random word, this what should happen:

The program should search the Google sheet for that random word in Column A, and also find all the other matching words on the same row.

Then in the Captivate slide, it should change the color of all those matching words to yellow.

I've included a mock-up example in which the word "pen" is chosen randomly, and also a picture of the Google sheet with the row for "pen" is located.

I have all the slides with buttons - and also the Google sheet. I just need the right code to change font color of matching words. Thank you.

I'd like to add on another feature - to set ip an example HTML animation and html tag to play audio from the Captivate slide. I have hundreds of audio and want to zip these together with the HTML page to play audio externally.

Basically, if someone is good with Captivate and coding, I have lots of small projects.
