Betting software for Pinnacle

Hi, I am looking for an automated sotware that can read betting tips from a known betting website and then place them automatically at Pinnacle Sports. It needs to have following features: • Link to the bet comes to the mail, it needs to click it, solve a captcha, read it • Login into Pinnacle when pick is released • Check account balance and place a bet within miliseconds (it has to be faster than a human, basically it has to be as fast as possible because odds are dropping rapidly; for most of the time I can do a logging in by myself if needed) • Ability to distinguish a stake with 1-10 staking system (for example 1/10 will be $100, 2/10 $200, 3/10 $300) • Ability to distinguish different tipsters and use a different bet sizing per unit for their picks if possible • Placing a bet only if odd isn`t for example 10% lower than initial odd sent in the mail (if more than 10% then don`t bet ) • Ability to check if bet size does not exceed bet maximum (Pinnacle got limits for each odd- in this case just bet max avalaible) Other features which would be a good addition: • Create a record of all bets in a pre-existing excel spreadsheet / google spreadsheet Please, bid only if you have an experience with creating something like that in the past and a good reputation !!!
