Build Ajax function to execute php script to add Google Calendar events

Need a fnction i can pass parameters such as datetime, location, name, description to a google calendar.
Currently have oauth running and saving refresh token to database. not sure how to write the php script to write to the calendar and talk to the google calendar API v3
