Build a Facebook scraper

I need a facebook scraper which should have the following features

1)I will provide a link to a facebook page or timeline page. It should be able to scrape all the posts, names of the people that liked that page, names of the people that liked posts from that page ,name of the people that posted comments on posts of that page in an excel file

2)it should take screen shots of posts and profiles of the people who liked the page or commented on that posts on that page.

3)it should record a video while scraping.

Note:

1)you can use any language you want.

2)you can use any prebuild scrapers like. ([login to view URL])

3)you can use any software for video recording and screenshots.

4)just combine these software so that they can work together.

5)budget is (80 to 100) USD.

6)time is 3 days.

7)there should be also some mechanism if facebook blocks my scrapers like some proxy solutions.

9)no need for prewritten proposals just provide information that how will you carry out this project.
