Build a Website

I have created a simple website at [login to view URL], which is a basic proof-of-concept of an idea I have to promote "no clickable links" policy in emails, text messages, etc, using "NoClix Codes". A NoClix Code is always of the form AA-99-AA-99 (where AA is two uppercase letters A to Z excluding O and I; and 99 are two digits in the range 2 to 9, excluding 1 and zero) using a dash (-) as separators. There are 3 pages in this site at present: [login to view URL], [login to view URL],and [login to view URL] The only programming I am looking for in order to prove that the concept works is to add a MySQL database and to add PHP (or other) functionality to one button on each of the first two pages. On the page "[login to view URL]" the user is invited to paste their URL or link into a textbox, and clicking the Blue button has to create a NoClix Code, check that it doesn't already exist in our database (in which case a new one is generated), write the results described below into the database, and then take the user to "[login to view URL]" On "[login to view URL]" the user is invited to paste (or type) any NoClix Code into the textbox, and clicking the Blue button needs to replace any non alphanumeric with a "-", look up the corresponding value in the database; if it isn't found show an Error Message on the screen; if it is found, forward the user to the URL/link which is stored, and then write the txt file into /logs/create as below. I imagine that the MySQL database needs a table for "code_creation" with fields for "date_time_creation" "IP_address_creator" "link" "noclix_code" Also a table for "code_lookup" with fields for "date_time_lookup" "success" "IP_address_lookupper" "noclix_code". And that each click of the blue buttons also writes into one of two (.txt) log files called /logs/create and /logs/lookups so that I can keep track of use of the site. It is important that when quoting a price for this small starter project you mention "ABC123" so that I know you have read this description of what is needed!!
