Hi, I have been in the software industry for a number of years and such jobs are my daily practice. I'm new to freelancer, so I don't have any ratings/testimonials to show you. What I can say is that I'm an industry professional. Once you work with me once, I have a feeling we will continue to work together on similar projects. I'm not sure what the coders here are like, but I have a feeling those who are offering bids for $20 don't realize the level of work you're talking about. I've made a number of personal projects that fir your description, and if I'm understanding the project correctly there's a number of things that need to be done. 1. IF you want a fully functional website 24/7, you'll need to host your files on a server. Ideally Heroku is a good place to host, since you can keep a website running for $7 a month. 2. You need to purchase a domain name. This alone will probably be $10-$20 a year. 3. You're asking for admin access. That means we're going to need to validate the controllers with custom access. I understand I'm charging a higher price, but that's because I firmly believe I understand the amount of work that needs to go into this project to make it work beautifully.
