Build a Website

This is primarily a Google Docs/Google Sheets opportunity. Initially you will inherit management responsibilities for an existing system where we utilize Google Sheets as a ordering system for food/menu items in our restaurant. Customer select various food options and the pricing changes to reflect these selections. We have multiple locations, and some items are only available at specific locations. This system is functional right now, but we are looking to replace our existing provider who upgrades the system with various changes to the formulas and pricing.

MILESTONE 1:

1. Spend 3-6 hours discussing the project and asking follow up questions.

2. Perform a full audit of our entire menu system, and provide a detailed report of hour our system works, how user access is controlled.

3. Provide recommendations for changes that can be made to the existing system, and what type of skills are required to fully maintain the system and complete Phase

MILESTONE 2:

1. 1-2 hours evaluating a Visual Basic Win32 application that pulls information from Google Spreadsheets and synchronizes this information to SalesForce. Although currently working, one issue we are experiencing is we routinely hit the daily API limit with Salesforce when synchronizing twice each day.

Successful completion of this project will immediately put you in consideration for an ongoing recurring financial relationship. Additionally, we would like to replicate the functionality of our Google Spreadsheets Menus (allowing customers to add/remove menu items) to a Customer facing Website -- our menu would be built out as a shopping cart which would then be responsible for 2 way synchronization to our SalesForce system.

NOTE: Documentation of all processes/steps performed is a vital part of this project. The plan is to audit any documents you create by a 3rd party who will verify that the documentation you are providing is detailed, accurate, and allows us to discontinue the relationship without fear that our system will not receive adequate support.

Physical presence in western USA a plus.
