Build a Windows 10 Product Key Verifier

I would like to build a Windows 10 Product Key Verifier.

Here's the Specifications I want:

1. When i put the product key in the software, then, I don't want the key says it is used

For Example: When one person put a Windows 10 Serial Key in a computer, you can't put it in another computer. That's why. When I put the Serial Key in the software. Then, I want the serial key can be used again to another computer, so the software must not affect the serial key

2. I want the software verify if the key is OEM or if it is Retail or if it is Volume.

3. I want the key verify when the key comes from (if it is possible)

4. If the Key is Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro or Windows 10 Enterprise.

You can take the Ultimate PID Checker for reference, but i want to make one to myself because PID Checker cannot support Windows 10
