Build me a dynamic price/cost table tool for website

I need to be able to present a dynamic pricing/costs tool on a website for when people are in the ‘just looking’ phase, as well as when they're ready to purchase. Hoping the functionality of this tool will address this need.

I need the coding to be completed in HTML5/CSS3/JS code for frontend and PHP7/Laravel5 code for the backend. (Design preference is Material CSS by Google (e.g., [url removed, login to view]). Custom CSS is fine).

I have the following that can be used to help:

1. A functioning "prototype" built in Excel that can be used for emulation.

2. All pricing/cost criteria pre-made within this table.

3. All selection criteria pre-made.

Essentially will use three selection criteria (e.g., via dropdown menus) to modify the final selection criteria, which is then shown on screen. Then, the final selection criteria that's shown on screen will be used as part of the final steps to a "getting started" pathway (e.g., registration/purchase/email pathway which is possible to be added after the tool is built as a project extension). This final step needs to connect to the correct registration elements on backend for signup.

The pricing/cost and selection criteria and "prototype" will be provided once the project is awarded.

I will need a fully functional example preview of the tool before final approval and completion of this project.

Note-1: I just want to be clear that Wordpress will *not* be utilized in this project.
Note-2: This needs to be a functional *component* for a website (e.g., framed by divs), not a full website.
