I need a freelancer to program a scraper that is capable of visiting a list of fixed URL's and taking certain piece of information which are then compiled into a pre-existing spreadsheet, in the correct location in relation to the URL it's visiting.
It doesn't need to be fancy in anyway, I know fairly basic scrapers can be built with less than 10 lines of PHP.
The basic functionality would go, feed in the URLs into a box, then the data point collected would have to come out in the same order as the URL it was scraped from, separated in a way that could be easily cut and pasted into an existing spreadsheet. i.e. into a csv file.
Each column should have the ability to give it a header that would separate the data into columns.
If you require clarification on anything let me know and I'll try my best to explain.
It's going to need to handle a very large amount of URL's so some kind of proxy would probably be needed and a delay feature as I don't want any chance of getting it blacklisted by any sites or services.
Need this quite quickly and time is of the essence.
I obviously want to get the best bang for my buck, but my budget is fairly open if you really believe it will be a bigger job.

I've done tons of scrappers, it's not a simple job though, all depends on the sites you're visiting and how you'd like the bot to work. I could do it as a desktop tool to reduce costs where you'll be able to use a 3rd party proxy service to shuffle proxies every certain amount of time. I have used some public google services as proxies in the past to avoid getting blacklisted, and it always worked like a charm so we can use that.
