I need a program that works across MACs and PCs as well as mobile devices such as Android and iOS. The program takes the basic concept of using images such as photographs to better organize files on the system. Basically you take a picture of a cabinet or drawer and use the program to "draw" outlines which act as a sort of "button" the user can click on, when clicked a window appears with info, such as documents, spreadsheets, you name it. It will be a way to keep all the systems files clean and organized, easily accessible in no time with a nice visual approach to traditional organizational methods.
The major requirements for a programmer will likely be:
-Must make program work on all devices
-Program will need to organize files from different locations on system/device
-May require to invent a new file format to fit the program
-Make program work seamlessly across the different platforms
