Building a website for a rural community development initiative

Lighthouse Emporium is a sustainable development co-operative company set-up to develop rural communities in South Africa. We are looking to establish international e-commerce to help us channel monies to communities that need it the most. We have recently signed more distribution agreements and we need to develop the store to sell both in South Africa and international. We have a set of unique products focussed on self sustainability. We are limited with web development skills and as a start-up we can't afford to pay much towards the development. We do believe our products will sell well in Europe and the States and we would consider paying commission for traffic once the site is fully functional and running effectively. This project is for a good cause and we want to make a difference in this world. We hope to attract a web developer with the same inspiration.
