we are having a messenger app like whatsapp and users can make chat conversation with service for example facebook messenger API and we already have messenger API and its so basic. We want to that; when user send a picture to service, service will ask a question to user 'what to write on the picture?' and when user reply to this question, service will be write this answer with the red stript on the picture what the user sents, so service will be make CAPS and then service should be send CAPS to user. This is will be CAPS Creation Service. Service should be restful webservice, its using HTTP POST/GET method.
