Calling Python script from PHP code

I need someone to fix an error in my code... I've a PHP file which calls a Python script. The Python script uses selenium to fill in a form on a website, pretty simple stuff. However, when the PHP file calls the Python script, selenium doesn't open. When executing the python file manually (using the terminal) it works fine. I'll pay €10-€20 euros to anyone with a fix. I uploaded both files.
