Chrome extention, web app

I'm looking for someone to build a simple web application for chrome. The application is built on google maps The main feature is people can draw ontop of google maps these are areas where they would like to live. The app/extension is a aggregate for all the real estate websites - Rent and Buy and flatmates After the shape is drawn ontop of google maps, users can see all the houses in these locations. Gain notifications for new houses that enter this area that meet users specifications - prices/ size/ room number ect. The second feature is every real estate company has a form that needs to be filled out to apply for a house to rent. The extension saves all this information in users account so they dont have to fill out a new form for each home application. Very simple web app/ chrome extension. Drawing a circle on the map pulls every address in that area on to a list, this list is run against the database of all available homes that is drawn from existing real estate websites. return true results from the aggregate data and propagate onto the map, hovering the mouse over the result shows the images, price and other relevant information. - email new results - two buttons - apply and contact. - filters - price, rooms ect Apply auto submits users information into real estates application which is on their website.
