Complete a Website

I have a new website that requires completion of the final stages. Need reliable person(s) to finish a project. It is an online ecommerce website to sell courses. Experience is needed with virtue mart , joomla , guru and SQL database configurations. Upon reply I will send you the website address to view. This should be an easy project for an experienced person as most of the work is completed but there are minor problems that the previous developer from India didn't know how to do. This included a lack of understanding on functionality, lack of knowledge to add my content to the website and unwillingness to test the website for user readiness. This meant I spent a lot of time doing testing and writing to the developer because he was not intuitive to understand what he was building. I do not want the same problem again.
