I have an existing web application -- HTML5/PHP/MySQL/AJAX/Javascript/Jquery -- that is mostly based in this two templates:

This application is used to generate operations using an interface with forms using different rules and simple arithmetic calculations to: 1 - generate PDF files for each transaction and 2 - insert data in to a table per each operation containing details.
The users can interact and query the data using different tables and forms to achieve different actions ( insert /update) aprox 20 (lookup tab) .
1 section to upload and download files is also available.
The administrators can manage different settings and access tho specific tables to achieve specific actions (management tab).
Currently we have multiple issues across the different functionalities that need to be explored and fixed, there are also some new enhancements that we want to complete.

The template source files are also available.
We are looking to get this done ASAP. we need someone tho dive and understand the app to complete this -- and a possible extension of the project after a successful implementation.
You'll have to keep daily progress report using this same document, and share files as required . We are not releasing payments before files are working on our server. Please bid the project only if you can accept this.
