We need assistance configuring our MLS server with PHRETS to download listing information and pictures to our server. We are looking for someone who has worked with PHRETS and is confident they can complete the task in a timely manner. We will be doing incremental downloads of the data and the server will store images. We have a current system in place that we are migrating from, so database is already set up, mapping, and list of fields to query.

Not sure whether your current system already having other scripts to download MLS (data to db and images to file system) - just to make sure we can use the same database mapping and queries. We have used Python script before, but that was not from RETS.
