Conversion from Debian to CentOS with Plesk

Previous server was running on Debian and crashed. New server is running CentOS 6.7 with Plesk 11.0.9.
Application was designed within Zend framework. Application config files have been modified so that application runs but it does not seem to upload or generate files into the designated folder structure as outlined in the application configuration file.
I would like to pay for someone to make it so that my application runs correctly on my new server.
