Convert HTML content into CSV or Excel using Java

I am looking for someone who can write me a piece of small and simple Java program I have a large number of html files (attached a sample .html file for your info), each file contains some school's info. Each html file may locate at different hierarchy of folder path but for sure it is always in the lowest level of the folder path.
