The South Australian Science Teachers Association Inc. is are a not-for-profit association incorporated in the State of South Australia. Our website address is [login to view URL] We provide professional learning activities (workshops, conferences & exhibitions) for science teachers from Reception to Year 12. We also provide resources (textbooks and workbooks) for students. We would like to have a mobile app developed that would assist us to market our professional learning activities and educational resources to our members and non-members who are located throughout Australia and overseas. Ideally, we require one mobile app which we can update on a regular basis with new events and resources as they are created. We generally have 3 or 4 conferences each year and some conferences have up to 12 elective workshops which are held concurrently, so delegates choose which workshops they wish to attend. In addition to the conferences we have around 20 one day or half day workshops. With respect to the conferences section of the app we would like it split into two sections "My items' and "Event Guide". Under My Items we would like to include My Schedule, My Messages, My Contacts, My Notes. Under Event Guide we would like Schedule, Sponsors, Activity Feed, Speakers, Maps, Attendees, App Guide, Social Activities, Basic WiFi Access, Welcome to Country, Search. With respect to the resources section we would like a catalogue which we can use to display our range of study guides, workbooks, price list & ISBN number. The number of resources is not that extensive (perhaps 30 - 40 items). With respect to the professional learning activities and resources subscribers to the app need to be able to click on a link to our website to register for conferences and purchase resources.
