Create Scheduler For Nivo/JQuery Content Slider

The job involves coding a basic scheduling option for Nivo or some other JQuery image slider.
The scheduler should allow you to easily schedule both sliders and individual slides to be displayed at specific time intervals.
For example slides 1, 2 & 3 display from [url removed, login to view] 1st January 2016 - [url removed, login to view] - 31st January 2016. Then slides 4, 5, & 6 are displayed from [url removed, login to view] 31st January 2016 - [url removed, login to view] February 28 2016 etc...

I'm not looking for an advanced user interface for the scheduler. Something basic & functional will be fine as long as it works.
