Create / Solve filter problems in wordpress (jupiter theme + Filter & Search PRO plugin )

I need to solve a problem with a integration of a filter plugin in the Jupiter theme
We use the Jupiter Premium Theme that doesn't work like the "normal" themes. It uses it's own template system through the VC (visual composer) and shortcodes.
We use the ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to create the filters.
To build he filter we are using the Filter & Search PRO filter
The problem is in the configuration of he filter itself, or to solve the problem using a custom query
Actual status:
The website is implemented.
I have the page with all the items being listed.
In the CMS I can choose wihich filters I consider for each element.
On the frontend, when I choose the filters they can be passed to the url.
Something is not correct, because the elements on the list continue the same, instead of being filtered.
THE PROBLEM IS THE FILTER IN THE SPECIFIED PAGE, NOT THE ALL WEBSITE
