Create WooCommerce Import Plugin

I need a new Plugin for WooCommerce to Import data from the WooCommerce RESTful API.

I need a new plugin so it's possible to import product data from this API.

I need a backend ( WP_List Object ) where i can manage the import sources:

host

consumer_key

consumer_secret

category to Import ( if empty, all products will be imported )

Data must be stored in a new MySQL Table.

The import must check if the product ist already there (SKU). If so, the product (and all custom data) must be updated. If not a new product will be inserted.

Because there is already a full Lib this is only a small project.
