Create a WordPress Template

Looking for estimates for someone to build out a Wordpress based sales site for me ASAP. Someone that can flesh out ideas into a finished product based off the below, other existing notes, and discussions so I can concentrate on finishing copy, writing an eBook, filming videos, etc. I'm open to guidance but these are my initial thoughts: A sales / guru / coaching type project based on my work in the music industry. Simple and streamlined. Have an old mock of a sales page I never launched, that was intended for Clickbank: [login to view URL] Looking to incorporate a new feel that was mocked in Adobe Illustrator by another designer: [login to view URL] Currently have two domains reserved: XX Blueprint and XX Academy. Thinking of Blueprint as a digital product (ecommerce for organic traffic? clickbank for affiliate?), with Academy as a possible upsell for webinars, one to one sessions, coaching, services, etc. Basically start w Blueprint then graduate to/enroll in the Academy. Or put them all on Blueprint and figure out how to factor in Clickbanks digital requirements/ban on services, etc.? Have a Wordpress theme/plugin that I already purchased called OptimizePress: [login to view URL] The theme seems to be a great fit but not married to it. The idea from the second mock was to do some custom designing and configuring per the AI file then use the theme integration to handle funneling, marketing, webinar setup, membership control (any page can be locked at levels (silver, platinum, etc.), Opt in (email capture), etc. Idea is to start simple with three levels of packages/memberships: (as stand alone or as part of upsells) Digital product with two upsells (to start) into services. Some ideas: 1. All digital: ebook, starter course videos, and any other products.. (clickbank friendly) 2. Above + access to our live weekly group Webinar, private Facebook Group, Opportunity listings, etc. 3. Above + access to members-only chat board, live weekly group Webinar, Demo Submittal System, members only special events, Lifetime access to future updates, etc. Should be knowledgeable in: • Sales, guru, coaching type products • Designing conversion funnels. For starters: o Sales Funnel (Sales Page, Order Form, Product Download Page) o List Building Funnel (Landing Page, Email Confirmation Page, Thank You/Download Page) o Anything else, More here: [login to view URL] • Upsells/Downsells • Membership • List generation (giving away free digital products in exchange for a name and email address). • Setting up ESP's, auto-responders, etc. • Payment processor integration (ClickBank, Stripe, PayPal etc) • Setting up for Clickbank and/or JVZoo, possibly as a dual launch? • Setting up for organic traffic / ecommerce? • Graphic design (logos, ebook covers, etc. a plus) • hosting • testing (SEO)- keyword research • Any additional experience in graphic design including logo and ebook cover a + • Anything else. Like I said someone that can flesh out these ideas into a finished product based so I can concentrate on finishing copy, writing an ebook, filming videos, etc. As far as the newer AI mock, was told "Its just faster and easier to make changes in adobe, design wise and then upload to the wordpress theme. The wordpress theme i was using had a front end editor using the plug in [login to view URL] build pages fairly quickly." That being said any experience with Visual Composer is a plus, would like to recreate look and feel of the mock up but not married to it. Thanks!
