Create a Wordpress Template

It is Edit based Work. I have a theme that is Coupon Theme. I need some correction in it. Correction required are Displayed in the Image..! These Are:- 1) There is only 1 Row for the Featured Store, I need two Row of Featured Store. 2) If Possible, My theme has 3 Column for coupons and I need 4 Column. If Possible. 3) See the image, when some go to click on the Activate Coupon, It shows in the url the path like wp-content/themes/themename.. and then after the click the directed address to the affiliate site is followed. So this is one major problem. 4) I want to remove the feed button in the footer which consists of fb, twitter, g+ and feed. I want to remove feed one. That one picture addresses 3 problem that I want to get Edited.
