Create a Wordpress Template

We have installed a wordpress theme from themeforest and have successfully created the entire website. The only thing we are not happy with is the homepage design. Site adress - [login to view URL] (no-indexed on google). Here are the 3 things we want: 1. The 2 slider images are the template images. We want a creative designer to develop 2 images for our niche - finance and stocks markets and write the sliding language on the images itself. I.e. give us a finished product so we can just upload the images. 2. Under the images you will see - "Fresh from the Blog". The problem is this - the blog entries being pulled here have to come from our blog which runs on a different wordpress theme - [login to view URL] . The way this theme works is that it pulls these entries only if the pages are created in the /blog section of this website. We want to develop something (may be a code in php) so that the strings automatically pull the last 6-8 entries, with the featured image and comments from this blog - [login to view URL] 3. An overall better design so that the "featured in section looks nice both on the desktop and on the mobile. Thats all! I think most of what we want is a better design job on the home page and not so much of development. Also - let me know early as we would like to make this site live by Friday the 19th.
