Create custom fields available for use in a wordpress multi site network

I have the beginnings of a child theme built for Reverie (a starter theme for WordPress, based on Zurb Foundation).

I need to adapt what currently exists into a second theme (or a modification of the same theme) for a multi-site network. I mostly need assistance creating the multi-site network information, with some custom fields. I can continue building the actual theme, as long as the structure for the sites exists (and the custom information can be called).

I will install a fresh build of Wordpress and setup the initial multi-site network.

The primary site currently being built is for the "corporate" site. The multi-site network is made up of a number of locations (Austin, TX for example), called "Sales". The themes for the network sites will be identical (slight modification of the corporate look), but an admin page containing specific identifying information needs to be built into the theme:

Sale Location (city, state)

Sale Address

Franchise Owner

Twitter link

Facebook link

Mailing list link (third party URL)

Consignor login link (third party URL)

These details could either be in the network site information, but I think they would be better as part of the "my network sites" detail information created in the main corporate admin area. But the child themes need to be able to access these details in order to display them.

The data driven areas are indicated in the attached mock-up.
