Create an image manipulation microsite for users to add their own image in to a character

Please see attached zip file for images. PSDs will be supplied. Responsive CSS needed from PSDs. X1 form to fill in contact details (name, company, email, telephone, possibly a couple more questions). User uploads a photo and then can edit the photo as per the screenshot (colour, rotate, resize etc). The user can move the image behind the character so their face is in the character. They can then SAVE and see the finished image and contact details. They can GO BACK to edit all details and image again or SEND which then sends all the info and exported finished character image to my client. Needs to be done within 2 weeks. No time wasters - only apply if you know what you are doing - there are too many freelancers on here who waste my time. Do not ask me to release money until a job is completely finished either. I am happy to upload 50% milestone. My client will release the remaining 50% once they have approved the completed work. My client cannot have your URL to approve the work either, as this is outsourcing work. It must either go in a temp folder on my clients server, or on mine for approval. I am 100% trustworthy- if you do the job correctly, you will get paid quickly. You must agree to the above before bidding. Must speak perfect English please. Please send examples of SIMILAR IMAGE MANIPULATION jobs - any bids with just a list of websites which are not related will be ignored - this is not a normal website job so not interested in seeing your list of 20 run of the mill websites.
