Custom Order Form with PayPal Integration (on WordPress) and PayPal Automated Billing

Image120 Custom Order Page Notes 1) Unlimited Photo Package is a required field. 2) Although the boxes and text are not perfectly aligned with one another in the PSD, please ensure that everything is lined up when you create the new order page for my site. 3) I want the feature sheet quantity fields to be collapsed, until the person ordering checks off the (feature sheet) box, in which case, the quantities list (as I have it displayed in the PSD) will drop-down, for them to select a quantity option. Also, there is a “pick up” or “courier ($10)” option - only one of these boxes can be checked off - “choose one”. 4) For the calendar, I would like it to look nice and clean - it doesn’t have to be perfect, but certainly should be user friendly (and should flow nicely with the colour scheme, and overall design layout). Of course, I would like to to be able to select available dates, etc. myself through the WordPress admin. 5) When “Place Order” is clicked, I want to receive an email with all of the information from each field (if checked off). Also, when “Place Order” is clicked by the client, it will take them to a PayPal page, where they can pay the $25 bill. They will then receive a notification “Thank you, your order has been processed” (back on my site), and then they will receive an automated confirmation email that their order has been processed - I will then receive an email that the client has paid their $25 deposit, consequent to receiving an email with their order details. Delivery The following notes are not specifically related to the order page, but I’ve included them, as they may also require some programming work on your part, which I would also like a quote on. When I deliver the product (link to the private “proofing” gallery on my site, once I’ve completed the shoot), there will be a PayPal invoice attached to the email. The client will be able to view their photos, but will not be able to download them until they’ve paid the PayPal remaining amount owing. When they pay the remaining amount owing through PayPal, it will automatically communicate to the server so that the download option will be activated through WordPress (in the gallery) so that the client will then be able to download their shots as soon as they have paid the remaining balance, without me having to do anything. Summary of what I want the Freelancer to do: Here's how it looks: 1st the client goes and places their order on the custom order page, and have to pay the $25 fee through PayPal (I would like you to create this order page just how I have designed it in the image, and have PayPal integrated with it). Then, I go out and do the photo shoot for the client. After that, I will deliver the photos through email (to the client), linking to the proofing gallery on my website, with the PayPal invoice also attached to the email. The client will be able to view the photos (on the proofing gallery on my site - which is private and password protected) by clicking on the link that I provide to them for the gallery in the email. But... the client will not be able to download their photos (there will be no download option available) until they pay the remaining balance (as per the PayPal invoice). Once they pay the remaining balance, the download option will then appear in the gallery, and they will be able to download the photos. So... I'm looking to hire someone who will be able to set up the custom order page with PayPal integration, and to have the PayPal automation (with delivery of the photos, and allowing the download option to become available, etc in the private proofing gallery).
