Custom Web App

I am wanting to make a custom website that offers its users the ability to search for Payday Loan Centers in their local areas. I am ONLY wanting the functionality developed on this project and I plan on using a pre-selected UI team for the design. This project will involve data mining to gather the data I am looking to deliver to the users. I will need you to use Yellow Pages, Super Pages, Dex and others existing online sources to collect any and ALL information on Loan Centers located in the USA. A crawler should be used to mine this information if possible. I need users to be able to do a search for the below requested parameters. They will also need to be able to carry this search out with as little as one option "minimum" and as many of the options as we have available if desired with the intent of helping the user to drill down to the specific results they are looking for.
