Custom Wordpress Plugin - Postback Script Integration - Repost - open to bidding

I require a simple wordpress plugin to be created. It should be fairly easy for someone that is experienced with wordpress plugins as all it requires is accepting a POST, putting that data into a table, and querying that data in a couple of ways. Especially if you're familiar with the WPDB function. 1. Take this postback example and create a wordpress plugin from it: [login to view URL] The variable 'subid' is the username (wordpress global $user_login) The variable 'pdtshow' is the amount of currency a user is credited with upon postback. Plugin creates a database to store this postback data. (or creates a new table using wpdb whichever is easier) 2. Plugin creates admin panel that displays this data in a table. (SQL query that lists users, total points each user has, and total points each user has spent) By users I'm talking about the wordpress global $user_login (the username of the person logged in) 3. Need a function that will allow me to create a link that will allow for a descripton and value which will then subtract the specified value from a users total points. When it subtracts this specified value it then will show a pending cashout in the admin panel which would show the user, description, and value. example: <?php cashout(item,1000); ?> Or in practice: <a href="<?php cashout(item,1000); ?>">Cash Out</a> So when a user clicks on this link it would first subtract 1000 points from their total points and then add a cash out request to the admin panel that would display the following in a table: user - item - 1000 - date Also a checkbox there that will allow these rows to be removed. That should be it. It should be fairly simple for someone that knows how to insert/query data into tables and is familiar with creating wordpress plugins.
