Destination is determined using the customers postcode (postcode to Zone, page 5) The matrix on page 4 determines the rate cross referencing Origin and Destination. This is then applied to 'Domestic Services and Rates' (page 1) ROADEXPRESS Consignment charge (up to 10 kilograms) Over 10 kilograms add (per kilo) Each workbook should be considered as 22 grams. Different rates need to be applied if the order is under or over 10KG. As mentioned previously, these rates are ONLY USED if there are more than 20 workbooks.
