Students:
We have a lot of work-based students who do not attend classes. Our Tutors/Assessors do go out into the workplace to see Students on a monthly basis. As a result we need to capture and schedule in advance Assessors Visits, Students Observations, Assessments in advance at the enrolment stage. We also must capture the start, the end date of the course, duration of courses, who is funding/paying for (sponsors) the courses, cost of the courses, course instalment payment rates (monthly, quarterly, yearly), invoicing cycle/frequency, option to select more than 6 courses
(Teachers) change to Assessors/Tutors
Teachers to be able to upload (videos, docs, pdfs) or type in evidence of reviews, visits, observations and assessments against Students in line with the dates specify at the time of enrolment. (Templates of Reviews, Visit, Observations and Assessment Sheets to be sent)
Teachers to get alerts regarding due visits, reviews and observations already stated at enrolment. Also be able to send visit, review, observation and assessment to Students
(Parents) change to Funders/Sponsors/Self Paying Students
To add Funders/Sponsors/Self Paying Students
Class - Ok
(Subjects) change to Courses - Ok
Class Routine - Ok
Daily Attendance - Ok
Accounting
Majority of our courses are funded by Charities and Government Departments, we want an option calculate fee based on instalment arrangement. Generate billing report for monthly, quarterly or yearly payment on the payment arrangement already choosen at instalment and the number of Students that are being sponsored by that sponsor.

P.S. Everything needs to be discussed and negotiated at first. The below mentioned default terms are placed to ensure such discussion takes place before the project is awarded by you.
In pursuance to "Milestone Payments" as in Freelancer.com terms and conditions, the first milestone payment needs to be deposited on Freelancer.com within a day, ibapi is awarded the project, failing which the awarding of such project by you, the buyer, will be considered void and the bid offer by ibapi will be deemed to have been retracted.
The first milestone becomes payable after requirement analysis is done. Requirement analysis is 'Contract-style requirement lists' as defined under the article 'Requirements_analysis' in English Wikipedia.
Simplified:
This is essentially an upfront payment.
The first milestone is deposited before the project is accepted by the service provider ibapi and paid after requirement analysis is illustrated by ibapi in the Freelancer.com message board.
