Customised web2project site requires minor amends and two new features

I am looking for an experienced developer or small team able to complete some amends and add a couple of new features to an existing PHP/MySQL site based on the open source code of web2project. This code is used to create a site behind a tab (The Market Visit Report (MVR) housed on a BI dashboard site using the Codeigniter framework and uses FusionCharts, a Javascript charting library. The web2project based site has a robust permissions system based on phpGACL. The MVR site has a series of top navigation tabs, one of which is the Reports tab. The Reports tab gives access to a custom-built page which houses Market Visit Reports. Admin Users of the site have identified three amendments needed : There are two Faults in the existing code. 1. There remain two instances where the label Company or Companies is still visible. These should have been changed to Market or Markets. The wrong labels are in the Calendar and Projects tabs. The label has already been changed on other pages. [login to view URL] Reports: The report has a number of columns which project owners and users can use to enter data or take action. One column is headed 'Info or Action'. At present the users can use this column independently of data in the adjacent column labelled 'View/Assign'. The changes needed are: a. Selection of Info or Action drop-down should be mandatory before user can activate View/Assign b. User does not have a choice of View and/or assign after selecting a task and a user View or Assign does not update the user’s permissions or calendar. The user should have a choice and the choices should update the assigned users permissions. New Features Required for Standard User role. The site has a number of different user roles. Each role has a set of standard permissions. The site administrators wish to change the permissions and path taken by users assigned to the Standard User role. a. Standard user to be restricted to four modules only Calendar, Tasks, To Do’s and Reports b. Tasks assigned to all users show up in the user’s calendar. However, for standard users the site administrators want the following action to take place when a user clicks on the task in their calendar. They should either: 1. Return to the task in the Market Visit Report (preferable) If 1 above is not possible, then: 2. The standard user should go to the Task View page as at present but the link to Project List on the Task View page is to be removed for those users 3. Finally, for all users, In Market Visit Report list the link to Project List to be suppressed New Feature Required on Task Edit page – Human Resources - As the number of our site users has grown, the ‘Human Resources box should have a button to call up a ‘Pop-Out’ box with all users listed. This feature already exists in the Calendar - New Event page. The task is simply to deploy the same code on the Task Edit - Human Resources page.
