Datatable (jQuery) form to MySQL using PHP/Ajax (or something!)

Submit and store a few form-fields into database - from Datatable (jQuery-plugin) into MySQL. Since all the 4 pages below is working almost the same way and almost same fields, I'm putting this in same project. My hope is that you can write common code that can be used in a cleaver way for all 4 pages with shared code (just maintain one Insert/Update-function and a few lines in each file) - if you can write something to make any jscript/jquery-code abstract and callable and easy I would appriciate that. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] When you visit those pages, you see some content in the rows and you can search in the datatable and do a few things. That is just demo-data I have put into the html-code. I have not coded a single PHP-code and there is not even a [login to view URL] file in this project yet. That's where you come in! There is a [login to view URL], [login to view URL] - but this is just to keep the same look for all these four pages. Functional requirements: 1. When you click click "Add" on any of these pages, you get a text-field for each of the columns in the data-tables. This works on the screen, but you must modify Datatable to accept upload of files in one instance and also do something clever with regars to email/web-fields. 2. You must validate that there is no dangerous code. Use parameterized SQL-code for sql-injection avoidance. 3. You must store the field-values into a MySQL-db. 4. Afterwards, you should be able to see content stored directly in the datatable. Difficult things: The only thing that is a bit tricky is the upload-form in one of the tables and a drop-down in another one. Beside that, I hope it is pretty straigth-forward. If you do a good job (and I mean more than getting it to work, but the code looks good and easy to understand for a non-object-oriented person/non jquery-script person), I will give you more work!
