Desenvolver 3d interactive Software

Hello, I am looking for a software developer that can help me create an interactive website, in 3D, where the purpose is to "Design your own jewelry" by drag and drop beads in 3D. There must be "pre-made formats" for some necklaces, so they will be possible to produce. (Example: Flowers) The beads must fall into the "right place" acording to size, shape and number of beads. One should also be able to put a small flower on top of a larger flower. After the flower is made, it should be placed onto a "create board" where it should say the messures and price. As you add on more flowers, string, chain or beads, the messure grows and the price raises according to the price of the beads. There will be a broad choice of material, that will be scanned and introduced in 3D by me. I think this tells more or less what I am looking for. For further details, please contact me. Thank You
