Develop Database software for Tracking Installed products on both web and mobile platform

We are accepting proposals to design and develop custom database software for the cataloging and tracking of installed devices (usually emergency medical devices, but should be able to track any device with an expiry date or serial number, or both) at various customers locations and facilities. Current competitor software offers many desirable features, but no software contains all the features our customers may desire. We require a program with an integrated web interface as well as a mobile interface site that is fast, reliable, user-friendly, easy to update or change information, and easy to maintain by our personnel (through a control panel). The site should also be visually-appealing and helpful which visually depicts the capabilities of the organization. It should also be optimized for mobile and tablet devices.
