Develop Wordpress real estate website based on Theme X

Hello,
I am building a real estate website centered around new condo developments in Toronto. I have purchased a WP template called Theme X and would like to customize my WP site to have a similar framework to the following websites:

The goal of this project is to build the shell of the website, then I will have my team populate it, key sections required for success:
1. Build homepage - based on my wireframes
2. Build category view - should look like this - [login to view URL]
3. Build condo project details page - based on my wireframes, but generally similar to [login to view URL]
All content will be provide, I am looking for an experienced developer, the successful candidate will have completed multiple Wordpress sites, ideally with some real estate experience.
