I've already performed few quite big email transfers: from 1&1 to Gmail - 25 Gb, 40 000+ emails, 6 email accounts. from Zoho to Yandex/Gmail - 4 Gb, 16 000+ emails, 1 account. As you mention folders I assume your are using IMAP, not POP3. There is a better solution to sync E-mails. I will need user/pass combinations for all users on both ends in this format in a text file, one line per user: orighost;user;pass;desthost;user;pass; The speed is roughly 200KiB per second. Hi I have migrated over 25000 mailboxes as a project manager and engineer. My LinkedIn writes about that. In many cases there were tools involved to export the data. An option is to export to PST but in this case I would do it different which will work very well. Without going in too much detail, I wonder how much data is involved or how many mailboxes.
