Hi, im trying visualize your case let me know if i got it right: 1. is this is a one form issue only? 2. when menu category and menu item dropdowns are set , then click the save button repeatedly and randomly it saves, but when the form is reloaded input data is gone? 3. is this an ajax save ? my hypothesis are ether parameters get by the api (assuming it is ajax) is incorrect or ajax is timing out. we can use firebug to see if the api returning 200 Ok html status. if not then its ajax timing out (this is server issue) or there is error in the code (this is error 500) let me know. thanks, edward

Hi there! My name is Michael Ryan and I am a qualified web developer based in Christchurch New Zealand. I am available to start this project now if required and can likely fix in one sitting. It sounds likely that you are indeed timing out - not sure what side of the fence this is occurring but several things can be tested to ensure this is working fine. Just yesterday I had the opposite problem, the browser was looking for a favicon which did not exist, leading to an error page being generated which set the script running a second time. Was an easy fix but took a reasonable amount of time to troubleshoot. No win - no fee Cheers Mike
