Unity Game Updates : Server Integration PHP

We have a Unity game that is working but we need to update the game and link to a new server. This is how it works. The game is a puzzle game. A user can create their own puzzle using the built in puzzle creator. When the user creates a puzzle, they can add a photo or image that hides behind the puzzle and can't be seen until their friend solves the puzzle. The user can also submit a puzzle of the day to us. We need to build a control panel so an admin can see the entries being submitted. We dont care what puzzles are sent to friends, but we do need to see puzzles of the day that are submitted and be able to approve or deny the puzzle. WHen a user submits a puzzle to us, we want the user to get a push notification that we have received the puzzle, and each time a new user plays the puzzle of the day and likes it, the creator gets a push notification that it was liked. As well, when a user plays a puzzle that was created by a friend, the first friend should get a notification that the puzzle was played and solved. We are looking for someone with both Unity and PHP expertise so that we can talk to either one person or one team with ease. We need the ability to approve or deny each puzzle and if we accept it, we choose the day it becomes the puzzle of the day on a calendar. If we deny it, we send a push notification automatically to the user with a stock response. If we accept it, we send a stock notification to the user with a stock response. We can provide the source code to our existing game, not a problem. You will need to fully test the app as part of your bid and fix any bugs found.
