Write an application through which live image of any subscriber can be taken through the mobile camera app or webcam

We want an application through which we can take a live image of our subscriber in real time by guiding the subscriber to strike the best pose for the purpose we want this fuctionality. Unlike a video call both ways video capability is not required. This application should enable the best picture to be shot by guiding the subscriber to adjust the camera settings of the subscribers device (MOB / PC / LAPTOP) to shoot the best picture. The communication with our team during this shoot could be voice or chat function through the app.
