Accept bid and Pay Button

Hello I am starting to work with PHP PROBID Auction and I need a couple of options built into it, I know i can set up make an offer and the seller can accept but i want the seller to be able to accept a bid at any time on any type of auction as follows -

#1 I would like an 'accept bid' button option for the seller when they have had a bid on an item at any time that would close the auction premeturly or at least allow them to sell one or more items and allow the buyer to purchase.

it would need allow the auction to be continue/displayed and running if the seller had multiple items for sale and still had some left to sell .

#2 when an offer has been accepted i would like a pay button that forces the buyer to pay me'the site' first through paypal for my commission (using the email address they entered when setting up account), once that has been paid then allow the buyer to option (i) pay the seller through paypal or by what i have set by catorgory only (ii)pay outside auction, only pay admin fees(postage etc), after that allow messages to be sent from buyer to seller and vice versa
