IP address showing in website address bar instead of domain

The following are the issues that I need sorted on my website:
1. My website, hosted on AWS has some kind of redirect issue whereby it shows the IP address in the address bar, instead of showing the domain name.
2. I also need the Bitnami info banner to be removed from my website by logging into server console using SSH & executing the correct commands, and not just do it with a CSS hack.
3. I also need my max input vars, php input time, execution time and memory limit to be changed.
