I am looking for a quote for the following project. In summary it will be an affiliate review site of dating websites. The main criteria is to have speed of loading less than 2 seconds and the appearance to follow the style of [login to view URL] . I am, however, open to suggestions of using existing review themes that would work just as well. When replying please give examples of existing work and whether you can adapt an existing theme and please specify which theme you would use. I have attached a document showing the website structure. I am setting the price on the basis there will be at least ten sites to do if the first one goes well. You can see the list of the domains in the structure of website document. Specification for website work. *Please see Structure of site in separate document.* 1) Initial site will be for a reponsive, retina affiliate marketing dating review site. For my dating site reviews domain 2) Timescale is approximately one month but I am flexible. Please also see 10) 3) Using host :- SiteGround for the first site. 4) Site appearance to follow the appearance, features of [login to view URL] - this is specifically the review part of their website not their home page. 5) Site loading should be less than 2 secs for both mobile and desktop without too many plug-ins that slow it down. If a fast SEO optimized existing premium theme such as Schema can be adapted for the required style then that would be a good option. 6) Developer to help SEO the site – perhaps with Yoast, Schema mark-up plug-ins 7) I will pay for any premium theme, logo, images etc 8) Developer to do header, footer, installing theme, logo, auto responder, Google analytics. 9) Site to be 'under development' and not crawled by Google until time to go live. 10) Developer puts in dummy content and include in price adding the content I write with pics that may need resizing, affiliate links and the occasional video supplied for me for up to 50 articles over a three month period commencing from start date. 11) Provide support to remove any bugs for three months after site goes live. 12) Site to be Https and secure.
