Ajax Dynamic Record Update in Laravel Site

[login to view URL] Site is in Laravel php frame Budget is $100 and time frame is 3 business days Full Description: If a new record is posted or an existing one is deleted by the user than I want these changes to take effect on the page without reloading/refreshing the page by using Ajax ( XML, HTML, CSS, and Java Script) Budget $100. Same work should be done both in Home and Travel pages which have identical tables and info for a different long/lat (address) a) Post on My Area---> When 'Post' button is clicked new Post should appear under 'My Post History' for the user (poster) without reloading full page When (x) Button in 'My Post History' is clicked post should be deleted, also applies posts with an 'R' (which represents replies to original posts) b) My Area Posts ---> 'Reply', 'Request Chat' and 'Follow Up' buttons If 'Reply' is clicked then a new record should appear under My Post History table of the user without reloading the page If 'Request Chat' is clicked then a new record should appear under 'Chat Activity' List table and color of button on original post should turn into grey If 'Follow Up' is clicked on then a new record will appear under 'Followers/Following' table and color of button on original post should turn into grey Change in color of button for Request Chat and Follow up buttons must apply to all posts in same or other tables by the same user Usually same poster might have multiple posts in My Area Posts table or in some cases the same post in both My Area Posts and My Followers tables c) My Followers & Following---> 'Request Chat', 'Follow Up', 'Stop Following', 'Remove Follower' buttons If 'Request Chat' is clicked then a new record should appear under Chat Activity List table and color of button should change into grey If 'Follow Up' is clicked on then a new record will appear under same table 'My Followers & Following'and button color on original record will change to grey Once again button colours for all posts in all tables by same player should change accordingly If 'Stop Following' or 'Remove Following' buttons are clicked record will be removed from 'My Followers & Following' table and 'Follow Up' button color on posts by same player should revert back to blue If we click on 'Stop Following' for a user who is the User with Top followers in same table with only one follower than that record should also be removed d) Chat Activity List----> 'Approve', 'Delete' If you click on 'Delete' button, record should be deleted from Chat Activity List table and all Chat Request buttons on posts by same user in any table should revert back to blue in color If you click on 'Approve', chat request will be approved and simply color of button will change from blue to grey Every button other than 'Post' automatically refresh the whole page for the above changes and that's the only thing I would like to change In other words I do not want to change anything in the above processes and I only want to get rid of full page reload issue and make it so that only specific sections/records get updated via Ajax I hired another developer for the same project and wasted a week before so I really need somebody who knows what he is doing.
